You have to imagine with everything in life: Do something that someone doesn't understand? - If it looks simple, in their eyes it is simple. - If it looks impressive, even if it is easy, they don't understand so they are impressed.

The weighted calisthenics videos a lot of them seem to go way heavier than they're able to do, When your form starts to break with your head going forwards and backwards you should lower the weight so that you do cleaner reps instead of ego lifting

I work Hella hard getting it in at the gym doing different things to get stronger and tougher, especially while working bigger jobs to get paid and make a successful living in life...I would go there to train an grind 3 to 4 days a week.Some would look at me like I'm a beast doing all that extra shit....I'm working calisthenics motions trying to build my body up to that highest gravity but I know it'll take loads of practice and discipline on myself.I can be clumsy but they sat if you got confidence in yourself to flip or do other things you'll able to do it for me it'll take work although i know a little parkour moves for sure no lie.

Try using a dumbbell between your legs when doing dips or pull-ups instead..it's 100% more solid..hook the top part of the dumbbell between the chain and let it hang straight down..thank me later :)

Quick question from 10:24 to 10:28 when he is coming up from the squat he sort of bends forward a little bit and knee slightly cave inwards a little bit. Is it ok to do this? Im trying to learn how properly squat without hurting myself.
@laurieboy3353
@laurieboy3353 2 жыл бұрын
It varies my friend. Has a lot to do with your anatomy. But the general rule is that you don't won't your knees going past your toes when your at the deepest part of the squat. You usually want your feet a little wider than shoulder width. For most people it's advised to keep your feet straight or slightly pointed out. Keep your chest up and your back straight. If you don't keep your chest up it will cause your back to roll forward which is a no no and will not feel good. Keep your core and lower back tight through the whole movement. Never look at the floor. In the beginning you might try looking at the top of a wall to help keep your head up. The body goes where the eyes look. Now that we got the form tips down you can think about the action. When you go to depth go slowly, try to go past parallel, pause, and then explode upward. Do 1-2 light warm up sets of 12-15 reps. Lock your form in place on these sets. If you're a beginner that may mean you only use the bar on these sets. That's fine just focus on the form. After the warm up sets you'll do 3 pryamid sets. If you warmed up with a 45Ib bar those sets may look like this. 2×12-15 45Ib warm-up 1×10-12 65Ib 1×8-10 85Ib 1×4-6 105Ib Keep the weight light for the first few weeks and wear flat sole shoes or no shoes at all. Good luck out there.

I don't thing recording yourself doing sets is necessarily egotistical. It's sometimes useful to see if your form is proper. That could've been the case. And people were just caught staring in the background. This is a compilation vid, so that may be the case in some of these scenarios.
