She points that it is clearly written where something is but people still ask like they cannot read. Or they come to you and argue about the price when it clearly says you get that price when you buy 2 or 3. I can't count how many times I had to deal with such people or with situation when the checkout automatically sums the price but yet people think you have influence on it and when the price is wrong they think it's your fault. @@acharsh you have to go to your account, click on your profile picture, once that pulls up your account click on "edit Channel" which will be under your name and profile picture and then that gives you the option to edit your name and add an emoji. Hope this helped.

I don’t mind costomers asking questions. It’s when they don’t believe my answers and keep bugging me or pretend they have a right to something or certain price that drives me nuts. I’ve grown a pretty thick skin, it’s just wearing that 80% of the daily costomers that speak to me are like that. The other 20% are the people that usually find everything by themselves like a normal person. After being treated badly every day even though you’re friendly you start to get really tired of people. 🥲
