I encourage people to take on adventures independently if no one else can attend, always be prepared and be aware of your surroundings. It can save your life.
It is hard to hear in this clip, it was not until after I realized I was stumbling upon a Mountain Lion. When I stop moving, if you listen closely you can kind of hear the growling.
After watching a video of what a mountain lion sounds like after I left, my suspicions were confirmed. A mountain lion has made its home here in these caves.
Although I would love to continue exploring these parts, It is in my best interest to avoid this area for now.
