I’m 318 days and I don’t even care about the journey anymore. I’ve already discovered everything even the meaning of this existence. After 300 days u don’t really get any physical benefits but u get spiritual information. You will realize what this life really is. The only thing I notice is I can eat a lot but still lose weight I see veins coming out. Other than that I just keep my seed aint no sense of wasting it when more than 80 percent of the population is hypnotized and vibrating low. I just stay to myself. It’s either you keep your seed and just reach enlightenment which is peace. Or you release and go back into the low vibrating matrix with the majority

I quite literally can see the bright glow in my eyes in photos when I’m on a long streak, like right now. My eyes are blue but when I’m 100% clean no PMO, and I look at myself in a pic, the blue pops out almost otherworldly, and I have had random women complimenting my eyes lately!

Im bout 18 to 20 days in and I relatively jusst started a new job. Yesterday in convo i mentioned i was 25, and everyone was dumbfounded cause they all thought i was still in highscool. It's different from person to person, and it also depends on your lifestyle, are you eating healthy, exercise, taking cold showers getting enough sleep etc. If you have a good lifestyle while retaining it will start slowly after 7-14 days. You will notice it when it's there. Your eyes and face will glow, it becomes stronger with time.

Also you will glow more if you don't watch lustful things on your devices. If you don't lust after girls and don't pay attention to them. Your glow will be better trust me. Just focus on yourself don't take girls seriously, just don't look at them. If you lust it will dim your light a bit. You will still glow but not the same, because girls will take your energy, the lustful thoughts will drain your energy and take some light away from you.
