Once you are a former convict obtaining a Visa is IMPOSSIBLE! It is the NUMBER ONE natural disqualifier in a Visa vetting process.

Stigma is even much worser in America and Europe for former convicts in their country. After being release the area police keeps ABSOLUTE surveillance on you and in some states you are required to report probation for the rest of your life . In other states especially for violent crimes and sexual offenders you are supposed to report all your movements to the Sheriff aside from probation. A slight offence like spitting on the side walks or smoking on undesignated areas can put you in very serious trouble. Most former convicts cannot dare drive at night because at a traffic stop the police will scan your ID and upon realisation of your past might harrass you with alot of questions and seatches and in some instances detain you for 'screening' as they call it there.😂

Biggest lie, "uko better/safer huko ndani than nje." Safety is subjective and I don't think any bloody individual is qualified to make that choice for anyone. Tuache kudanganyana bana!
