It’s so touching to see the relationship between hecker and beluga evolve. First, hecker only wanted to hack beluga. Beluga, at this point was friends with skittle. But all that changed when in order to help beluga, skittle made the ultimate sacrifice and was replaced by skittle-chan. Since beluga had lost his only friend, hecker felt bad and decided to get to know beluga. Since then their friendship has only gotten stronger, and hecker remains his only true friend.

The true plot to this: hecker made beluga win the lottery (as we know beluga didn’t buy a ticket) so hecker thought he would use it wise -ly but ended up muted, then beluga almost got scammed and finally did get scammed. My fan theory: We know Hecker has the ability to manipulate lottery results and add to peoples bank accounts at will. We also know he is some kind of strong AI originally designed to destroy Beluga only to forget later. My theory is that the events of this episode were a manipulation of Beluga by Hecker in order to socially alienate Beluga from the rest of his social circle. His motives remain elusive.
