I’ve been at this for years and it happens to me all the time. I loved this episode by the way. But I speak Spanish then they think I’m a native and they start speaking too fast. I can’t comprehend so they’re like oh I thought you were “one of us” I still try in Spanish but the revert to English to make it easier cuz at this point it’s just easier for them. This is when I’m at work, making deliveries. The don’t have time 😂😂😂

If you are in AP or College level spanish class, I would get this but if its just a basic language class, there should be a bit of leniency in terms of english/spanish ratio.
