I swear, especially boys seem to always feel warmer, but it can also be that the kid might not have a good jacket or a clean jacket, just don’t make fun of them, tease them if they have a good sense of humor, but stay loving. When I was in elementary school, my teachers wouldn’t let us go outside for recess regardless if it was 32 degrees F or colder. But rain never.

Ok but mittens and pockets is much better then just pockets, plus you can't keep your hands in your pockets at all times, you might have to take them out to do stuff
