I'm thankful for Nishida because he really reignited my love of volleyball and I get to do that as a sport and class at my college so that's all thanks to him really. I continue to learn structure of teams and posture of serves, spikes, and passes from the Japan team and this helped me way more than one of my previous coaches who failed to teach me properly so big thanks to this team. Mich love from USA❤️❤️❤️❤️

Japan is simply amazing 👏 because the average size of them players are short and that makes them very difficult on their side. Yes Brazil is a giant but they have players around 6feet tall which have more advantage.

Basketball player here, didn't touch a volley ball for a very long time : how painful would it be to take one of these nasty spikes straight to the face ? Could it lead to injuries ?

not usually, unless there is a major major skill and body difference. The only times I've heard of ball impact leading to injury was when our outside hitter, who is 6'5" and a D1 athlete smashed a spike into our 5'2" friend. She sprained her thumb and was fine a few weeks later.

I would like to state that why we - Volleyball funs around the world, the International Volleyball association, and the Japanese Volleyball association HYPE Nishida Yuji as the most marketable volleyball player in the world, BECAUSE, Yuji is the best marketable and promotional asset for the International, Asian and Japanese volleyball associations in the history of volleyball. This is why we see so many Nishida videos because Yuji is the best asset of this sport in the history of volleyball. The reasons are very complex! Let's leave that for our next fight over Yuji's videos!

The only match that I watched the whole way through (I'm pretty sure that's the only one I watched but idk) is the Bulgaria VS. Japan, and Japan won that one. They also won against Tunisia but I'm not sure about the other matches though. You also gotta remember almost every other team is taller than most of Japans players
