Where and how can I sell old coins?

It can be a difficult to find buyers of old coins. The old coin industry are fraught with scammers ready to pounce! These are usually easy to spot if you know what to look for. In this video I go through the basics of selling a coin and finding a buyer.

I have an ancient coin that seems to be the longest compared to the coin owner who commented on your video. My ancient coins are coins from the Netherlands. My coin is issued in 1718. Whoever buys it, I will give a bonus 1 old coin issued in 1939

It's a commerative coin. Very nice... several million were minted. You may get R10 or R20 for an UNC, but with any wear, it's only worth face value

The R5 coin is worth face-value (except if in mintstate condition, then probably about R10). The only 1c coins worth anything is the 1965. I am passionate about coins and slowly build my collection as budget allows. I buy mostly MS-graded coins and almost never raw coins. Nowhere do I state that I buy coins from my viewers, nowhere. I make these videos to share information and because I enjoy it. I recommend visiting a local coin dealer or visiting local auction sites.
