Hamza has produced some of the best content I’ve seen on KZfaq and it’s done amazing things for improving my life. Seriously, I’ve been in self improvement a while, but he’s really helped me up my game and take care of some of my issues. I’m doing the whole list of things: working out a lot, gratitude, journaling, meditating, etc. I’ve done them for years, but I gotta thank Hamza for really helping me take them more seriously and be extremely consistent and disciplined about them to really reap the rewards. But these lazy kind of delusional low effort streams are getting weird. I think if he keeps up with this low effort content he’s gonna slip pretty low and become a top 50% KZfaq producer.

Yeah, Hamza is a bit of a knob tbh. To say that 99% of men aren’t trying just isn’t fair. Some men are just going through shit and can’t find the way out of it, despite how hard they try. Why doesn’t he speak about men who come from crap towns or cities who haven’t had much opportunities and are working class and have to provide for their family? What about men who work average, unfulfilling jobs, but are trying? It’s easy for him to say that 99% of men aren’t trying, not everyone has the same opportunities or situations that he does.

@@crazyrr144 Or maybe they're working and are spending sleepless nights working towards a degree. Maybe they work out every single day for the health benefits but not with the goal of becoming a bodybuilder. Maybe they've tried starting businesses but kept failing, because being a successful entrepreneur is honestly very difficult, time consuming, money consuming, and risky. Maybe they're working 60 hour weeks to support a family; maybe one they made, maybe one they were born with, if they have physically or mentally disabled family members or underage siblings. Maybe they spend all of their free time learning or accomplishing things that matter to them but not to you, and are happy with the choices they're making. I went into a shopping mall today the first time in months after i actively engaged my improvement journey (i started improving in many aspects years ago but actively did a lot more since june) So here is what happened: - A lot, I mean A LOT more Girls looked at me and not just for a splitsecond. - I looked at how many guys there were that had a weak posture or looked lazy/overweight/unhealthy and i felt like i was one of the most confident guys out there ( i know thats kinda stupid to compare myself to every individual but its important to have a comparison to others because its a general benchmark of society) I dont want to become overconfident but I am still improving and dont want to stop here because career is a lackluster atm even if my bankaccount isn't and i also have to learn more about socialising in spaces that DONT belong to my comfortzone. But, what i can say about Today is that i EASILY already belong to the upper 20-30% of men in terms of habits, morale and my charisma and that is a HUGE upgrade from where i started. PS: I don't agree about "the top 5% sleep with 80% of the women"... Maybe the top 5% of the guys who Look aesthetically good but these dudes arent always guys with status, money and a good life in general. most of them (i know a lot of these guys because there were so many of them in my school back in the day and i still am in occasional contact with them) are broke, work in a shitty job and just look good but nothing else and The REAL top 5% guys dont even have time to sleep with a lot of woman since they have more important things in focus like career or a dream.
@fritomartino
@fritomartino Жыл бұрын
That's awesome bro! Yeah I agree with the 5% 80% thing, I think that if (I mean when) I'm in the top 5%, I will just rather have a wife that I can be intimate with rather than 80% or a whole bunch of girls. It doesnt really make sense to me. Maybe more accurate would be - The top 5% of men are sleeping with 80% of the high quality women. The way he words it, 80% of women are desirable, which I highly disagree with.

I’m in the top 20% at the moment, but I’m in danger of slipping because I’m starting to feel more and more like shit. I’m fairly attractive and confident and I’ve worked quite hard, but I’m mildly depressed and running out of motivation, so if I’m not careful, I’ll drop to the top 50%. When it comes to women, they aren’t interested and neither am I, women are overrated, some men act like getting a woman is like discovering a paradise island or a mountain of gold, ffs, they’re just women, they’re just people, they’re not that special.

It feels like your video production quality has dropped and I'm sure that I am speaking for alot of men out there that, we don't like these type of videos when we come onto KZfaq and see it in our subscriptions/recommendations. Cringe, disgust, disappointment etc. I did not expect men who watch your videos to spam or spam the same not so constructive comments in the chat. It might be better in a monetary and financially path to continue these quality of videos, and I know you've spent alot of time figuring out how to stream and all, but I don't think that the videos are as productive or provide as much value as any other "self improvement guru KZfaqrs" anymore. Hamza I'm not sure how you've been with your meditation lately. I miss when you were more calm and collected with yourself. Speak with logos and inspiration rather than solely relying on pathos. I used to genuinely learn from your advice, and some of your older videos still provide me that. But now you're rambling about the same thing rephrased over and over. You're simply hating on anyone outside of your community, even if they do great things at this point. Please, take a good look at yourself and try to find inner peace. You're right about the majority of points here, but please, the way you phrase this all has a significant effect on your audience.

Gonna respectfully disagree with you on some of these points here hamza. It is harder than ever to get into the top 20/5/1% of men, due to the sheer over-saturation of everyone doing self improvement now. You yourself are certainly in the top 1% of men, but you drastically underestimate the other top percentages of men. I do everything described for the “top 5%” and have been for years at this point and would barely even consider myself top 30%. A lot of people’s potential past the top 20% is largely impacted by genetics. I’d say everyone can get top 20% with enough time and effort, but past that you will have to rely on genetic factors to make the difference. My physique is still awful due to piss poor genetics even after years of working out 5-6 times per week, progressively overloading each time. And not to mention, if everyone is improving then the top percentiles of men get even more cutthroat to achieve. It’s not easy anymore.

Complete bullsh1t. Literally the first time in HUMAN HISTORY you weren’t born into literal slavery, a caste system or into a War where millions die. Doing and excelling aren’t the same thing. Doing self improvement and excelling at self improvement are 2 different things. ANYONE can become a top 5% man BEFORE Genetics. The issue we ALL are fighting daily is EFFORT. Our perception and reality are different. What u said , everyone in this chat would also say. 99% of ppl aren’t doing enough and will never put in the effort. That even goes for 99% of hamzas fans. The VAST majority of hamzas fans will remain at the bottom of society cause the minority will always be the minority when it takes effort to get to that point. Plenty of ppl with shxt genetics who are top 1% . Literally outside of sports or bodybuilding the genetics excuse is literal cope. If you have been lifting about everyday of the week for years you WILL have a more muscle on u than 90% of guys. If not , the issue is your training and planning and not genetics. Plenty of guys with genius level IQs that are dumb ashell and unsuccessful. Effort and time is the answer to 99% of y’all issues. Hamzas impact on the world is literally nothing. He changed many individual lives but he isn’t effecting the world at all nor is the self improvement movement rlly. Besides a handful of guys, people simply aren’t going to put in the work. The thing that isn’t easy is BUILDING discipline. Key word is building , not being disciplined in a area and reaching ur comfort zone.

Bruh get out of your bubble, if you're in America, 43% of the population are obese, 1% of the population has a bf% of 11% or less. If you are fit, have decent social skills and have some interests and skills besides that, you are already in the top 10% However if you have a bad mentality, no peace of mind, no gratitude for the life you have it is of course difficult to have social skills too, so maybe you are in fact outside the 10%... Well Hamza I kind of dissagre with what you said in this video. Spacially with this quote that you said "If you go to the gym today you've beaten them" (11:57). Why I dissagre? Because it's all about demand and supply, If all guys today would start to go to the gym it will become the "norm" and no one will find it special (Its like going to collage). Think about that, only 20 years ago the amount of young guys who went to the gym and built their body were segnificantly lower than today (I think around 1:20). And in this video you even agreed with my point here, listen to 6:06. Anyways my main point here that gym is not the right way anymore, its not enough. Yes YOU NEED TO GO THE GYM, but you also need much more. Meditation, social skills, improve overall mental health, career, networking etc etc... Thats why I watch your videos because you help young men go though all of these processes.♥
@aspiepilled1505

The reason why going to the gym won’t be the norm is because less and less people are going to the gym, even though in this circle people are going to the gym the average person are becoming lazier and lazier plus the fact that allot of people watch these videos without going to the gym

Based off of this, I’m in the top 20% of men. I’ve studied throughout my adult life, did well at university, done a lot of boxing and tennis, have other hobbies like guitar and chess, and I’ve had a 3 month stint in the work place and have been job searching since then. He’s right, I’m doing good things, but not necessarily the right things, I have been partially sleep deprived and my habits have been very up and down. I’m sad that I’m not in the top 5% of men at least because I was capable enough, but I partially blame my parents because university is a shit pathway to success and they encouraged me to go. If I’d have gotten a job after my a levels, earn good money, worked my way up to a managerial position and started trading as well as the other good things I was doing, I would be in the top 5% of men. I’m not shirking responsibility though, it’s partly my fault for being inefficient, stupid or lazy at times as well. I’m glad that Hamza is here to try and motivate men like me, even though I do think he can be an arrogant twat sometimes. Unfortunately though, this message has come too late for me because the sitting around and studying and the mild depression I have has sapped my motivation, so I can’t actually get into the top 5% of men, I just need to stay in the top 20%.
