Normally folks who have newly arrived don't have the knowledge or transportation to visit and shop at garage sales. But one can get all home and kitchen essentials at approx. 1/5th the price of IKEA or any other wholesale store.

Are there any precautions before paying the rent before arrival? If someone completes a master degree that is one year in duration, does he get the 3 year work permit? Thanks 👍🏼

Brother for work permit if you do 1 year course or study in Canada you get 1 year work permit ,where as, for 2 years study in Canada its depend it may be 2 or 3 years work permit, in case of 3 or more years study in Canada you get 3 years work permit Edit: As I have done research by asking my relatives who lives in Canada they suggested me that buy home after arriving Canada as if you buy from India firstly, It will be costly. Secondly, you have not seen the home, after your arriving you might not like and cannot change it as you have pay the rent already. Moreover, in Toronto the house for rent are very expensive too. I personally suggest that you do proper research and then finalize your home.

Why don't you Permanently Stay there Only as you have Family also there? You Prefer living in India over Canada! You Hold PR or Visiting Visa as you visit every year! Just ask out of curiosity, you can choose not to answer! If answering can make. Separate Vlog only on That! Thanks

I have no intensions of staying in Canada permanently. I hold a visitor visa only and I dont stay here for long periods. I would have been in India by now had it not been for Nikhil :-) Besides, my work is such that I am travelling most of the them time and I will show you more about where I live once I leave for India in a couple of months :- )
