I love this song! Two days after my 18 year old granddaughter’s memorial who was murdered, my church family was shocked to see me in church. My response was the words to this song. I needed to lean on my church family and to be at the feet of my loving Savior. It wasn’t easy but it was comforting.

Many years ago while serving my country in the US Air Force, my wife and I were in a bread and breakfast in Cornwall England. The owners started playing this on a guitar and piano and singing. I was shocked that they would be Playing JB Coats music. JB was my mothers favorite preacher and songwriter just a couple miles from were we lived, he was from Gitano MS. Just a added note, his inspiration for writing the song, he was visiting a Black Friend on his death bed, JB asked him if he was saved, he answered by saying, "Where could I go but to the Lord," Thus the inspiration for the song. Such a small small world...JB was still living at the time.

Thank you so much for this song. We are going through rough times right now. My parents have passed on and they are in heaven. I know everyone seems to think all of their loved ones made it but the Bible tells us that it's a very narrow road and few will find it. My parents never changed from when I was a small child and now I'm a great granny. My parents went on to their permanent home. They stayed on that narrow road. Everyone in this town said that they had never seen anyone who never changed. They left all of us kids because it was their time to go. My dad saw his home and tried so hard to explain the colors but he couldn't. My mother was an absolute great person but she passed suddenly. Oh she saw Jesus because that's the last word out of her mouth. She laid down In that hospital and never said anything else. I love your singing and instrument's. My mom and dad both played every instrument out there. Just you singing this song made me calm enough may be I can go to sleep now. Keep singing. It is heavenly music.

I begin my 120km journey into Fitzroy Crossing, Western Australia, Australia. Everyday I pray for help with my work. Work must be done that glorify our Father and this is done through His Son, if we glorify Lord Jesus we glorify our God. I pray to be kept safe and for my dogs to be kept safe, One Mary a 4yr old, is blind. I listen to these brothers and sisters first of all God's musicians because though their instruments are played beautifully, the easily understood words allow me to think about where to seek help. Today is known as good friday, a man tradition. But there is nothing good about today. Today is about being remorseful and reflecting on our Saviour's limp, lifeless body being held up by nails. There are 3 important events in a Christian calendar. The birth of our Lord. The crucifixion and resurrection of our Lord and tomorrow's Sabbath. It is the only Sabbath where the voice of our Lord is not heard in the temple. This event must be told and remembered. The good day is Sunday the resurrection of Lord Jesus. On Sunday let us Christians say "happy resurrection" because Lord Jesus's resurrection is our resurrection. God bless

Oh yes the tranquil relaxing blessed singers of God are these of His House. With a soul much troubled as mine is now, these singers remind me where to go, the Lord. As we of God's House wait for Him to do His will, it can be tough. But this is the job of God's singers, keep us in His love through their music. The breaking of dawn removed the stillness and darkness of night. In it's place became a vibrant multitude of bird calls and the early glow of the sun. The horizon filled with a firey orange. It reminded me of the Lake of Fire in the book of Revelation chapter 20. I prayed and said sorry, tears welled in my eyes. My mind is embedded with the thought of our Saviour. My eyes can see Him but my ears cannot hear Him. He is lifeless. Today let we who have been chosen by God remember. Let us contemplate the only Sabbath where our Lord's voice is silent. The only Sabbath where the Lord of the Sabbath is not in attendance in the temple, the temple is closed. Let us also remember though death had the sting to kill our Saviour it does not have the power to decay His flesh and bones. Lots of love from your brother in Christ Jesus. God bless

As I come to the of a journey going to work 120 km from my home, I listen to these blessed of our Father's House. When it comes to the sound of God I listen not to the hip hop, jiving jangling sound, but the lyrics. These musicians sing and play with sound meaning. The message of God comes in many forms. If it is sung, like the rest, it must be heard and understood by the hearer. I enjoy these speakers of God's word because I can think with the lyrics of where could I go to get help. Hip hop jingling and jangling music can get the head bopping but, the lyrics are not necessarily contemplated. God bless

Today is fifty-three years since my brother died. I sat outside this morning in the early hours by my chickens; it is paradise with a peaceful and tranquil setting; and this was the song I listened to. It is so beautiful, beautifully and simply done and sung, its words are powerful and meaningful. Thank you doing this. There is no better place to go than but to the Lord.
