This SECRET ingredient will take an ordinary card to the next level! You will be using this technique for so many projects...

Today's card is an A2 card that measures 4.25" x 5.50" with the mat measuring 4" x 5.25"
Acetate piece is 3/4" x 1/4"

I've done this in junk journals. Use double sided tape on acetate. So cute!

What an adorable card and I love the acetate trick!!! So nifty. MayMay I have been trying your suggestion of putting the "hump" of the crease of my card bases to the outside of the fold and you are absolutely right the bases lay flatter. I am a convert. Back in the 70s we used to make flower petals using wire and some kind of plastic. We would put little stamins in the top before we wired the petals together and cover the wire with floral tape. The stamins make great antennae .
