okayie so im watching this after 10 months (yeah because i didn't know about you and i recently am getting back into youtube, posting and watching content so uhm yeah), but what i am the most grateful to have discovered on yt (and im so glad i did it at just 21 when others got this knowledge so late) is that you can create your own reality, you don't have to go through shit "life" has to offer you because our reality is the reflection of our assumptions. so imo, i want you to give yourself a chance to test out smth. all you have to do is repeat "isn't it wonderful?" over and over to yourself in your head. don't overthink, don't doubt, just repeat, despite seeing negativity, persist. i promise, it works wonders!
