You would be surprised at how many influential people feel like they are going to throw up just before they go on stage. Learning to manage that feeling and still keeping that “edge” will be beneficial to a degree. Loved the content today.

Thank you for posting this it was very informative and I appreciate it. This might sound like a dumb question but coming from a 28 year old who's just getting his ducks in a row for the future as well as praying about it which I love that your a church goer, what's the difference between the PAKU/PACKU and the ICU?
