Cool video! It also made me think... The maester chain link for higher mysteries is Valyrian steel, so with enough of them, one could reforge them into a sword...

Valerian swords or weapons are seem more than heirlooms for houses that are lucky enough to own it rather than actual weapons of war over the fear of losing it in battle. I expect more & more of such weapons will eventually go lost or missing as time passes.

My favourite House had a Valyrian steel sword? How did we fall so far? We used to be challenging the big boys, now I am dead. Life as a Reyne sucks. 😢

@@HouseofLore27 Now, those are harsh words to a House on hard times. 😢 At least our siblings remained platonic and our shortest is 1,70 metres. 😅 Tywin did all he did just to get rekt by the son he disliked. 😂

I find the non-swords like the dagger and axe interesting to be honest. The swords are too large for my taste and I can only imagine how an axe of Valyrian steel would cut.

Yeah. It’s a shame they’re not as prevalent in the story. You would think there would be more of them considering they’re smaller blades so would be cheaper for the families that couldn’t afford full swords. Most probably got lost in the Doom of Valyrian though I guess.
