This is bullshit. He was injured when he signed the contract. This isn’t injury clause or whatever it’s called this is someone taking the PTO cash/contract knowing full well he wouldn’t fulfil it and would be depriving someone else of a whole year of financial security.

You cant know the extent of the full extent of the injury in December and it's impact come May. This isn't a charity case, you take a $50K+ contract if it's presented to you
