The plaintiff built a custom trailer for the defendant, yet he hasn't been paid in full, so the plaintiff is suing for wages owed. The defendant argues he paid the plaintiff in full. When the job was complete, the plaintiff randomly upped the price on him, according to the defendant. The defendant is countersuing for security cameras, legal fees, and lost wages.

She indicated several times that she was aware of its value, but that wasn't the point. It's the contract agreement she was looking at as that's what the law covers. We live in the country. We have very few neighbors. So as neighbors we have to pull together. We’ve got one neighbor who is building their house, so we opened up our Airbnb for them to stay in for free while their land was being excavated. Their other house is 4 hours away so naturally we blocked the time that they needed to be here. In return he widened our upper driveway with his tractor. We live on a private road that we have to plow the snow and maintain ourselves. We don’t have a plow, so our contribution is to widen the road with our snow blower during our winter months. Last summer we had another family who bought the last parcel of land and began to excavate. They didn’t have everything that was needed so we left our garage door open so they could use the tools they needed. We hired their teenaged son to help us (old timers) around our property. Rural living is a LOT different than living in the city. Neighbors help neighbors. After all, that’s what America was founded on

America's 1st neighbors didn't get along so much so that one neighbor wiped the family of the other neighbor off the map. its the reason we dont have Native American neighborhoods in most Major Usa Cities. But Im in a Major city and the neighbors on my great grandma;s blocks all bought the homes together after WW2, raised their kids together, Grandkids together, widowed together, joined the rat race and retired from their respective fields together and now the few that are left enjoy each others company during Block club meets and summer nights. We, the great grand kids, find ourselves doing as much for each other grannys as our own. and thats the southsde of Chicago for you. The city isnt meant to be like the country, but we are still a community.

@@callmeonkeshiasphone That’s awesome. Most people who live in the cities don’t even know each other’s name. As far as the Native Americans go, some tribes were kind while others were mean. Ultimately the White settlers rounded up many of the Tribal Nations and replaced them in areas of the country that wasn’t their native soil so they didn’t know how to grow their crops and thus became dependent on the government for survival. I know this to be true because I’m from the Cherokee Nation

trailers like that in california are expensive $3k at least

paused at 9:58 why do i get the feeling from his answers so far that 5k wasn't involved until he decided to tack that fee on last minute after the fact. i say this because when he took the 100 he never mentioned anything about 5k? why would he not mention it since the trailer work was completed, and he was working on the hitch thing? he doesn't even sound worried about the guy trying to get it hitched and moved w/o getting his payment??? i mean if someone owed me 5k, and i'd be bringing it up when i was almost finished or even halfway point. even dentists don't start work on teeth till they swipe ur card, hair salons be getting payment when ure under the dryer. halfway, i get feeling this guy got so mad at the man, and made it up, also get the feeling he was stalling on moving it. as if he was thinking about how much he was gonna suddenly charge the guy. heck i wouldn't want to wait either, just get off the couch and finish that shite and stop playing. i think he was playing around at that point to keep the trailer there. and wanted money

Does the Defendant get the trailer in exchange for the free property use. The deal they struck.

The free property use for storage that can't be used because No Trespassing signs were posted. The message to the plaintiff was clearly...I have my new trailer from you...now you can't store anything here. I'm breaking the agreement.

@@nancygodsey8312 Plaintiff kept the trailer and breaks the agreement. Their going back to court. Its apparent the Plaintiff wants his $5000. Judge usually don't like when you go against the judgement. There may be damages against the Plaintiff.

I think she interrupts when she knows the answers to the questions she’s asking and has already decided the outcome. Also only so many hours in a day people… litigants sometimes talk too much about what’s not relevant

The comments are always the same. She is leading the show. Litigants arent goods actors and dont know how to be exciting smart storytellers. This is edited also--We really dont know how much she actually let them yammer on AND shes already seen the evidence. The reason people are frustrated is simply because a lie cannot be turned into a truth. And those who PRETEND to know the truth have no choice but to try to deceive and injure you. The judge refuses to allow her aura to be flooded with their b.s.. Periodt.

This stupid and dangerous if they can't see out of eye and neighbor disputes can be very deadly and especially when you on somebody's property why would he want to store his stuff on this man's property all that he don't want nothing else to do with this man why not just let the person pay for the day going trailer and call it even call it in why tell him oh you got to put your stuff on the trailer and this man got to let him use that space he don't they don't like each other anymore it's not the same. No he got to be uncomfortable going to the guys space to store his stuff no nobody want that.
