#2. One gal I listened to briefly told people it was not helpful to look at past lives. I looked at my past lives over 25 years ago. Really lends insight into many many things. One of them deals with soul contracts. I think this is especially helpful to understand these contracts when dealing with our loved ones and friends at this time. Actually this is true of the world at large. Many have had someone wish them ill because the TV told them to do so if someone didn't go along with the crowd. When you really understand that this is a soul you have had many lifetimes with, and have helped each other whether they or you were the good guy or the bad guy, you can look at it all very differently. You can actually set your ego aside and speak to that person's heart and soul.. For instance someone you love tells you that since you didn't go along with the crowd and get a certain thing put in you that you should be denied a hospital bed if someone else comes in who's been in a car accident. My response was to calmly say that in the world I want to live in everyone receives the medical care they need regardless of the circumstances.. Calmed the conversation, the other person's behavior down, and allowed the doors to remain open. Understanding soul contracts when dealing with others really helps how you work with and respond to the souls you are cohabitation with. In the end we are all allies.
