where should the subwoofers face ? trunk or driver ? Question of all questions!

with that much power you can get away with the sub facing the cabin on a single setup i found it sounds deeper when about 1 or 2 feet from either the trunk or facing the side idk just my experience spent the entire evening once trying every possible position

Hey, well it depends on you box and subwoofer specs, all a sub needs is air space. Sometimes even on its back fscing up will sound mean.

I am selling these actually, and getting 2 15" dS18 . They will sound fanominal and hit way harder.

I got 2 ds18 hooligans and their hooligans 5k amp ... omg... it goesssss!!!! Had to do the big 3 and add the backup batteries as well...

Nice set up there bud ! It all depends on every set up and design which works best - trunk rattle does decrease but output may suffer in most applications 💪🏼 #CertifiedMecaJudgeHere🤙🏼 Check my older video awhile back - sealed enclosure but you get the idea

Well it muffles it a little bit, like covering the speaker with a cover still slams but you will notice with them down it is way better... More air you can get them is best! 😃

I have mines in a 87 Monte Carlo my box won’t fit that close to the back seat. So what I need to do

Depends on your box boss, you might have to big a box might not have been cut to spec. .. But air space is what you need to make more hit power , u have that regardless in a trunk system, you need to either look into different box setup or some removal of trunk apsects.. Im having to remove almost my whole back seat for the new system I'm working on now. Love to see a video of the system tho.

I try to make and download my own content for weight ins and bump shows. Each song hits on a different level and your sub's do the same, so you really wanna incorporate the songs for your system
