Mission Hill long term residents do not appreciate fraternities creating noise and loud parties on the Hill. If you are moving here, remember that for many of this, this is our home and we want to live in a community, not a college campus. Please be a good neighbor. Would you walk around your parent's neighborhood drinking and urinating?

What are typical monthly rents for 2-3 BR apartment Mission hill? Do students share rooms in this area (3 per 2 BR, or 4-5 per 3 BR)?

Sure thing! Bentley is in Waltham, so your closest options won't be in the city of Boston, they'll be apartments around Waltham, Belmont, or northern parts of Newton. How far away you can go from Bentley depends on if you have a car or if you're relying solely on public transit.

Depends on what the wife and child are doing. if the child is going to public school, that should drive your decision making. Boston public schools vary greatly in quality. Other area public schools vary but can be more consistent throughout the system. think at least $2k for a 1 bed in Boston.

Was looking into northeastern college I have a car how crazy is parking costs around there? Also was looking for a one bedroom apartment with washer/driers in the unit with allowing a cat. What’s some of the cheaper monthly rentals?
