Our son is relocating to Atlanta Ga and after watching Denny's video it made us want to connect with him personally to get some better insight into the surrounding areas of Atlanta. Denny immediately answered and let us know he was in a meeting and would get back to us quickly. He called us shortly after and was responsive to any questions we had. His professionalism was an A+ in letting us know more about Atlanta and the surrounding areas and the pros and cons of the areas. He was engaging and professional in wanting to know what my son's likes, interests, and lifestyle was so that he was guiding us in the right direction to ensure that would fit his lifestyle best. He was patient and didn't mind providing us with his time and offered for us to call back if needed any further assistance. Thank you Denny look forward to connecting with you again.

You have literally NAILED where people can live in Atlanta and the surrounding cities!! I'm a GA native who's been living up North for almost 10 years and boy, do I miss home. Praying to get back and reside there soon... Fayetteville is another popular one on the Southside. And yes, Alpharetta is great, but I'm torn between Sandy Springs/ Roswell or the Smyrna/ Vinings areas... PS. Hey Cutie Pies! They wanted to make they said hello to daddy!! 💝💝💝

Hi Sergio, great question. Funny you should ask, no joke, I am literally uploading my full vlog tour on Cartersville right now. It's scheduled to release on the 21st a few days from now. To answer your question, it really depends on what kind of lifestyle you're looking for. Your family dynamic, interest, passions, work life, etc. But in general, yes, Cartersville has affordable housing, low crime, strong and growing economy. As well as plenty of activities, restaurants, shops, parks, etc. I actually bought a brand new home from a builder that I feature in the vlog that I will be putting on the market in the coming weeks as well. As always, we'd love to be a resource in Cartersville if you need help, give us a call / text / email... If you haven't already SUBSCRIBE to the channel so you get notified when we release that Cartersville video in a few days. Or maybe the home I'm about to put on the market would be perfect and you can get it before I list it.

Hi. I’m in the military and will be PCS’ing to the metro area in March…I’ll working in the Gillem Enclave/Forest Park area. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the McDonough/Stockbridge area, but I wanted to get your take on it as a real estate guy. Not looking to buy just yet, but I’m looking at renting a nice single family home in that area, since it’s relatively close to Gillem. Help me out! Thanks!

Hello and thanks for the comment. First, thank you for your service. I greatly appreciate it. Really depends on the kind of lifestyle you want to live. In general, those areas are fine. You should check out Fayetteville as well. Since you're renting, you won't be stuck with any decision for too terribly long, so maybe try a few different areas before buying and settling down. @@LIVINGINATLGA Thanks for the recognition and for getting back with me! Yeah, I’m looking at being close to shopping but I also don’t want to be in a high-crime area. Also not looking to get beat up with property taxes like I am in Northern VA at the moment lol. I would prefer an area that’s quiet, but with development of that area, I’m not sure if that’s feasible. Again, thanks for the info and I’ll definitely put it to use now and once I arrive next month.

Jesus lover....I am sold. New subscriber. Been here a year. in Mcdonough. Looking for nice areas more affordable. No hoa!!! We don't want to be more than 30 min from Atlanta. Kid friendly and welcoming.
