What's the best thing I can eat in Tooting? Some of my best memories as a child were eating biryani from our Pakistani neighbours which was absolutely delicious!!!

the safest boroughs have crimes in 70s per 1k and most dangerous ones have in 90s xDDD That's 5x more than most Indian and Pakistani cities

I lived in London all my life until recently. Outskirts are horrible. They are London by territory, but it's nothing like London as most think. Central London also has issues but it's generally lively, green and clean. Expensive too so it's really only for the wealthy. Only a few Indians live there. Outskirts are messy and heavily congested. None are pretty.Those are the areas where majority of Indians live. Check out Southall and Hounslow. Hillingdon is close.They are total dumps, but better than some of the towns mentioned in this video and that says something! Enfield is famous being a dump and being unsafe.
