Before 1964 it had zero crime, no drugs, no street take overs, no graffiti, no trash on every corner, thriving schools with excellent graduation rates, no ignorant street gangs like your pathetic Avenue gangs, no unsanitary street vendors selling unsafe tacos, no late night parties blaring Tejano music, no barrio dwellers setting off loud fireworks all year long, no losers driving around in your usual Dodge Chargers and Altimas with 22 inch rims with no insurance, no rude, uneducated kids roaming around looking to steal anything they can get their hands on and we could leave our doors open and not have to worry about our catalytic converters getting stolen. So, nice try. YOU have nothing to "hold on to".

Gentrifiers are the only thing helping the cities your trash ruined. Evolve a little, then maybe you can improve enough to be as successful as them.
