This Supermarket Sweep was all about finding fresh, dried and frozen gluten free products, to help those gluten-sensitive, coeliacs (celiacs) and gluten intolerant navigate Italian supermarkets during their holiday.
We explored typical Italian breakfast, lunch and dinner ingredients, such as pastries, pastas, pizzas and biscuits so you can find alternatives to enjoy on your Italian vacation. Don't feel like you need to miss out on the major carbs (carbohydrates) and foods that make up the Italian Cuisine... Cook up the variety of Gluten Free Pasta, Pizza and enjoy your Cappuccino with toast, muffins and biscuits!
