Thank you! Yes that book was also helpful for me, together with the books of Gabor Mate it opened me up to the possibilities of emotions affecting physical symptoms/health.

Thanks for the information, I'm at around 50% recovered. I take 1,5 hour breaks listening to audiobooks during the day. And I meditate, do yoga and of course brain retraining (polyvagal exercises) every morning and evening. Still I seem to be plateauing at this 50%, I don't know if I can DM for some questions? But thanks to your video (And the last sentence of your first video description) I Bought the book breaking free and I'm understanding a lot more what is going on!

Indeed very strict pacing is maybe not the best, but I have adhd and pushing and crashing is all I do the last 4 years.. this is think my most challenging about my lc, you just have to respect your boundaries or is pacing another thing?

Did you deal with any muscle pain or twitching in the nerves?

I had jaw pain, and a lot of muscle twitching. I do however think that focussing on the individual symptoms is not helpful. Symptoms may vary person to person but the root cause is the same.

Good question! Personally I think long covid is a cover up name for jab injuries! 😢

Hey, I got long covid back in January 2021. At that time, the vaccine was available, but only for 90+ years old people, not for people in their 20s. There are many people who got long covid from the first and second waves. Obviously the vaccine wasn't available then.

@@mirandaandrea8215the first wave are all unvaccinated long haulers bc there was no vaccin yet. And I myself didn’t take the vaccine after my long covid.
