This year when Steph and Wiggs were out, Klay was the top guy. He had multiple 10+ three games, including two 13 three games, had a 54 piece against Atlanta, and hit a ton of clutch shots. He isn’t a championship number 1 guy, but he’s really damn good

The warriors are one of the greatest teams because of Klay’s contributions. Dude was two way before it became popular. Defending the best guard/wing so that steph didn’t have to expend that energy. Ginobilli wasn’t the #1 on his team either But I can see why people overlook Klay because we didn’t see the 20+ points/game avg or he’s labeled as just a shooter

If Kings took Klay, he'd average near 30ppg as the main offensive guy (but with lower shooting % as the defense could focus on him more). He’s at least top 60 in my books. By the end of his his career he’s going to be atleast 2nd or 3rd in 3pt shots. He the 2nd best shooter oat and the best catch and shoot players ever. He can defend at an elite level(not as great since the injury). He’s a crucial and one of the most important players on every ring they have gotten. He’s also the greatest hot hand shooter oat, when klay is hot he’s the best shooter ever and it isn’t even remotely close.

I don't get why people are so obsessed with all star appearances. All star appearances are for those who played well in the first half of the first part of the season. If I had too choose between a player who plays well in the first four months or a player who plays well when it matters the most so in the playoffs and in the finals the choice is pretty easy. Klay is the second type of player. I really don't get the narrative this days where people are praising more the players who got more all star appearances than players who got more rings but less AS presence.
