Where you part your hair matters!

Today's #tutorialwednesday demonstrates different parts. I get asked pretty often why I don't part my hair down the middle. Answer: because I look like a dork 🤓 the way my hair is cut, a middle part just isn't flattering. I do play with different side parts- in this video I demo a shallow side part and then a deep angled side part (my personal favorite 😎).
Curls are made with my handy dandy @bioionicla 10x luxe styling iron. It's the most amazing iron I've ever used, simple as that.

Hey,DaintyBat I’m going to the salon tomorrow to see how much it costs to chop my hair from shoulder length to this, and if it isn’t crazy I’m having it done. I am so tired of my hair being 2 distinct textures, from my ears to the nape of my neck it’s curly, and on top it’s a very loose wave... I’m so done with it.

Thank you for your tutorials! I generally watch them on Instagram. I'm realizing today that the key to flat iron curls is to take smaller sections. I did see that you went over the first piece on your shorter side in three different ways: the root, the end and then pulled all the way through. Would you be kind enough to explain why you did that? Thanks!

I could watch you do your hair ALL DAY LONG! 😊 I have the very same hairstyle, however I am having trouble with my ends. I have very dark brown hair (naturally), so I have to bleach the front so that my "crazy colour" of the week is as vivid as it can be. I have tried EVERYTHING that I can get my hands on to protect it when bleaching, but my ends still break REALLY bad.😭 I am not a hairstylist, so not sure if I can get Olaplex!? Also, heat from my straightener/curling iron seems to be causing some frizziness. Any suggestions?! Thanks! 💇✂💺

I've just discovered your videos and love them. I'm a multi-coloured pixie haired grandmother (American ex--pat) living on the far northwest coast of Scotland! Anyway, I wanted to know what products you use on your hair for styling. My hair is very fine, and even with the bleaching and colouring, it won't often hold its shape without some help and I'm not sure what I need. Help?
