HDPE:- High Density Polyethylene, LDPE:- Low Density Polyethylene PP:- Polypropylene

Can someone point out the difference between Extrusion and Compression Blow Molding? It looked the exact same to me.

I think compression BM is used for larger bottles

This video show the process of injection and blow molding exactly while extrusion process is quite similar but require either level or pressure control for stability to make something lager like plastic sheet or tube..

I have a question,does HDPE injection blow molding bottle and PET injection stretch blow molding bottle can use the same machine to produce?

HDPE injection blow molding machine is not suitable to run PET materials. One step PET strength blow molding machine can run PP,HDPE and PET together, but it's very expensive.

so usually in China, will choose two steps way to run PET bottles - first use injection molding machine to produce PET preforms, then use PET blowing machine to blow preforms to become bottles, it's more economic!

I'm working with the local civil protection director to make a prototype of a torpedo style rescue floatation device to be donated and mounted on natural wood posts at our most historically dangerous beaches. These torpedoes are abusively priced ($150 USD), not available locally here in México and not available in all-natural materials but I'm working to change that. We need a local bioplastics supplier with materials well suited for this purpose with sheet plastic that can be manually heat-formed over a mold. And for a much larger scale impact, we need an estimate of the cost of mold that could be used with recycled plastics, bioplastics and biodegradable plastics also to injection mold them for us. If we can raise the funds to pay for the mold ourselves, the devices can be relatively very inexpensive which will make them very accessible and help save lives everywhere they're used.

The bug? I call them isopods. I am a bug owner, so say that for them generally or use their scientific names haha….uuuuuunless I am playing Animal Crossing, then they are pill bugs.
