"Apart from Josh Anderson" Yeah, can we all agree that he has been the biggest disappointment for the Habs this season? Kent Hughes has waited too long to trade him, now he's stuck with a disengaged player with a huge contract.. As for Primeau, to me he's been a pleasant surprise.

Die hard Habs fan. But I have to say Brendan Gallagher and Josh Anderson and Christian Dvorak would be at the top of the chopping list.

I can only listen and comment on KZfaq because the amount of commercials in the Gazette make the small podcasts impossible to listen to. The Canadiens need forwards and puck-skating defensemen who can both forecheck and get the puck out of our end. In that way, cut down on shots against.

Matheson.....15-20 and once (37) giveaways per game. how do you think the other guys feel? Ylonen,White,Pearson should go back to juniors, its like they have no idea what to do. But.....Dach,Roy,Hutson,Arber back should be nice to see next year. And hire Rick Green as defensive coach.

I don't know what's going on with Josh Anderson but I know he's a better player than the season he had this year.

Anderson, Harvey Pinard and Ylonen. That said, if a second, a third and a fourth liner are the most disappointing out of 19 players, your team is doing ok. There has been a lot of solid development this year, as well as a couple of rebounds in terms of Gallagher and Armia.

The challenge with Anderson is that he gets at least one good scoring a game. His % of goals/shots has to be the lowest of his career.

MSL and Matheson cost us atleast 10 games. I don't care that Matheson got over 60 points. Over 90 goals were scored when he was on the ice.

Special teams, especially the penalty kill. Look at last nights game.

Pretty much everything has been as I would have expected except maybe Caufield. Most thought 40 for sure I expected a minimum of 30 likely 35 with a MINUS.His entire line was a minus as expected so in reality the only difference this season and last was less injuries and a few lucky wins stolen by goalies otherwise same team same expectations.

My 2 cents here Andrew.....your going with a disappointment with Ylonen.....you have to give the young guys grace here....the major issues are with the vets on the team Gallagher and Anderson have been terrible, the defense has been horrible and goal tending has been less than par. Example Habs and Detroit last night...4-1 lead and they gave up 4 unanswered goals including the OT goal and you just can't have this. Montreal for years has struggled keeping leads and giving up ridiculous goals due to mistakes. Montreal still has major work to do in the off season. They need a top goal scorer and they need help on the PP, they need help on defense to work with the younger D....and I'm sorry but Premeau is not a decent backup goal tender. Monty should be the backup and we need to target a # 1 goal tender.....

The biggest disappointment is that the habs lose 12mil for 3 more seasons paying Anderson and Gallagher
