There is a correlation between grip strength and cardiovascular health. People with strong grips usually also bench high numbers or do crazy things like Olympic Gymnasts, those would probably break that device.

Question: did they adjust the grip of the device? Just a heads-up for people using this tool: Most devices like this have a little turner where you can adjust it to the size of your hand. If it is uncomfortable to hold, it can very much reduce your grip strength. For me it was a 30% difference after setting it up right.

I once worked with a man who's grip strength was insane, he would put a steel lid on a water tank and you would have to use a wrench to take it off, he picked up a 420 lb 50 gallon barrel bear hugged it and put it on a pallet without struggling with it
