now days there are many plugins available like lumion, enscape and vray for revit(updated version 5.20.22,Render quality also amazingt same as 3dmax) , Revit is the best for good civil engineer, we cant compare with 3dmax (animation) and sketchup(not for complex work). My advise is to learn revit

For civil guys Revit is best , in 3Dmax we can't creat Sheets

1st of all Sketchup is Trimble Software not google. 2nd in Sketchup now we can work 2d and 3d as well. Sketchup Pro + Sketchup Layout

As per my experience sketchup is use for fast modeling process, revit is for giving accurate and professional work and 3ds is lengthy process but it will be so beautiful then this softwares
