So, Ohma Zi-O should also have the power of Gaim when eating the golden fruit. And Xross Saber... I don't think Saber ability to combine Reiwa worlds is stronger than Ohma Zi-O because Ohma Zi-O can destroy infinite universes without breaking a sweat since he has infinite energy. To summarize this, from the year 2000 to 2019, Ohma Zi-O is the strongest Rider, and the reason why some Riders could beat Ohma Zi-O like Genm billion is because he reaches the megaverse level, which is very powerful, and he is from 2022 (the reiwa era), so there could be a powerful Rider in the Reiwa era that is strong enough to beat Ohma Zi-O. @@kamenriderking6453 oh, you misunderstood about Ohma's power Yes, he is the strongest Heisei Rider but not the strongest being in Heisei era Ohma just has the Rider's power not the User's power, for example Ohma doesn't have Hazard lv like Build, he also doesn't have ability to resist past changing like Den-O, If he have full Golden fruit's power then 2068 Ohma will not be erased by the reset thing in the last episode when Gaim with Golden Fruit literally surpass the time-space itself Ohma also can't destroy infinite universe when in the spin-off Ohma lost almost all his power after destroy and create too many universe About Saber, Xcross not strong as Ohma but Super Hero Senki is different, It have all Rider and Sentai's power up to 2022 and SHS is a part of Wonder Almighty when it's a Wonder Ride Book and like I said the Wonder Almighty itself already have stupidly powerful ability
