45 years old, had to do retinal laser barrage in both eyes , now have to do cataract surgery in both eyes. Literature indicates that Hydrophobic acrylic lens show opacification in the form of glistering, what is the remedy to deal with glistering or does the glistered len need to be replaced?

I got consultation from two different eye surgeon for cataract surgery both are advising me to go for NONTORIC MONOFOCAL, while I have cylindrical number 0.5 in one eye and 0.75 in another they told me that it is on borderline and one can go for NONTORIC lens up to 1.00 cylindrical. One doctor suggest for EYHANCE and another suggesting for VIVINEX. What is your opinion.

Sir mere bhai ko diwali ke din firecrackers injury Hui thi right eye me. During USG test there is no RD/ CD. Doctor ne bola ki injury se cataract ho gya h. Patient ki age 14 year's h Male, 8th standard me h. To uske liye konsa lense best rahega. Please tell me abhi uski puri life padi h. Thanks in advance sir, please.

सरकारी होस्पिटल में जाए और अपना सही इलाज करवाए , जिस lens की कीमत 7000 होती है होती है उसका प्राइवेट डॉक्टर 40000 से 50000 चार्ज करते है इसीलिए कहता हु सही चुनाव करे और सतर्क रहे

🙏Sir, I'm 73 age. Cataract on right . Wearing spec for near and distance in a multifocal lens.Tested for surgery. Eye normal not cylindrical. Wish to go for monofocal IOL by mics or phaco surgery. Whether supraphob is good. If I go for Eyhance ( by. J&J) paying extra is it EDOF as u said it's a monofocal and more people are using . Will it be better if used in lieu of sofrafob. I have my cataract operation within 1-2 weeks ago. Also I have pist haptic operation again. Doctor's uses monofocal lens But Sir I have clear visen but I have not read books, mobile screens like numbers, sms etc. Properly, there will be more contrast on my operation left eye. Yes because you can choose near or distance vusion in your case you choose distance so you need glass for near vision

Sir please Reply I have nystagmus but my vision is not so bad..distance ka clear ni dikhta. 0.75 & 0.5 number h..toh Mein ASI clerical (ministerial) gov job ka medical clear kr paungi k nhi. Please reply. Meine sbhi stages clear kr liye h. But Ab medical me bhot drr lg rha h, khi eyes ki vjah rejection toh ni hoga? Samjh ni aa rha kuch. Specs toh allow h ASI min. Mein but mera nystagmus se koi problem toh ni hogi? Ye field job ni h but phir bhi, kuch clear ni pta..please reply dein.
