i do have some valorant skins that have good effects and sounds, but cs skins are more unique because of the float and pattern system, and also the rarity of some skins, and like you said you can sell it if you get bored with it. i think both games have good justifications for their skins, i personally think there arent many good skins in cs in the valorant price range tho, except maybe deagle light rail, ak ice coaled and some others it is pretty wild that the deagle light rail bs looks so cool yet is less than a dollar in USD

Fun fact: Case prices jump so it's not the same most of the time (Not so sure about skins but I do know that they have their own pattern which is also the reason they can get expensive) You won't believe how many people don't know that Small edit: The case is SUPPOSED TO BE CHEAP (Not really cheap but cheaper than most skins) Because why spend money on a case if you can just buy the skin, so what they do is they make case cheap as well as the keys. What it does is it makes you pretty much gamble for a good skin, you either get an expensive skin (Up to a thousands) or you get a 5 cent skin. Sorry if I am not so good at explaining I tried (I am certified yappineese speaker)

Many played csgo in 2017 because of operation hydra. Valve created the operation because of PUBG's battlepass. So I think a operation is basically a battlepass...
