Great video sir. Definitely helped me out to know the difference. Your channel has been very helpful as I have been in constant pain for 18 plus years due to spinal injury and neck injury due to work and car accident. I have been to many doctors and even had xrays and MRI images. All of the doctors say nothing is wrong with me but I am in pain everyday and it effects my everyday life. I know I'm not crazy and there is literally a space in the middle of my back where the pain stems from. It feels as if there is no vertebrate there but I know that is not possible . Everyday is like having a dull knife jammed into my back. So my question is why don't I have the same feel as the rest of my spine there and do you know what this is? Thanks to your videos I use the stretch technics for my neck pain and it helps to cope with that pain better than doing nothing. Also none of the over the counter stuff helps me and I don't use prescription pain meds because all the doctors feel that if they give you too many you can become addicted . I get that but when I used them it helped manage the pain I am in everyday, I felt more energy and alive and well like most normal people . I just wish I could feel that everyday even though I knows thats not possible. I recently bought a massage chair and that helps some in my day to day battle of feeling like a normal person. The rest is trying to ignore the pain and still live a fulfilled life. Sorry this was so long . Like many, I value what your doing to help us all . So thank you very much ! 😊

Sounds like it may be a simpler situation than what appears. That hollow space between your shoulder blades can be anteriors of the vertebra where they shifted anterior not meeting the rib head correctly. This will cause chronic aching in back and around into chest along with discomfort taking deep breaths and moving in certain positions. Need to find a good Chiro who can look at that and correct it. Have a great doc here in S. Florida thats a master in anteriors. Good luck..

This is a bit hard to keep straight. A simple graphic saying what you mean (and can be easily remembered) would help your presentation. Good stuff as always. Just not sure I can keep it straight in my head the next time the headache is too bad not to take something.

Use turmeric with bioperene. It's the best anti-inflammatory. Also juice ginger, and drink the juice diluted with a bit of water. Works wonders

Well in some fairness inflammation may be instrumental in healing especially when you have a break in the skin. On the other hand if a piece of cartilage swells and gets pinched more and this swells even more this feedback look could be stopped with anti-inflammatories

Toothache pain involves inflammation and swelling, so I don't know why he is suggesting Tylenol for toothache pain. Since inflammation causes swelling, and swelling of the soft tissues inside a hard tooth is what makes a toothache particularly nasty, I would think that Tylenol is inappropriate for toothache pain. Unless of course you can't take NSAIDs for whatever reason - such as bleeding, stomach ulcers.

I was having severe pain from toothache and dentist told me not to take ibuprofen! But gave me tramadol and hydrocodone! The tramadol is worthless! But the hydrocodone knocks out pain temporarily and calm me down and blood pressure lowers, but the pain comes back when it wear off and it's just as bad, but the Ibuprofen makes the pain go completely away and mouth feel fine and make me think about postponing appointment! Dentist say Ibuprofen raises blood pressure but severe nerve pain in tooth does the same, So it's best to take Ibuprofen because it will reduce swelling!
