rFactor2 really needs to package their DLCs better. You should be able to buy all GT3 cars in 1 DLC, same for GTE... That's fairly annoying, but to be honest all of their offical content is really good. Even the formula E stuff

All of the official Studio 397 content I've bought so far has been fantastic. With the nudge in the direction of Endurance racing clearly forming, I would love to see an official, laser-scanned version of Daytona released by Studio 397, not to mention whatever LMP1 cars they can secure licensing deals for. Of course, the emphasis should be to address the online... This alone could (hopefully) draw interest back to this otherwise compelling sim driving experience... The UI I can live with for now, even though I recognize like everyone else that it deserves an overhaul.

Endurance pack and Sebring combined has provided me with lots and lots of great races.

The Mclarren senna is kinda build on the Le Mans Hypercar regulations. So this car can be used as topclass in endurance racing. Together with the lmp2 and the gte field.

Honorable mention should go to Reiza's Imola and VIR, two great tracks made really well (and used in many leagues).

I also liked the video and the idea but in the end i couldn't get much out of it since there was no onboard footage. Often i don't want to drive cars when the engine or transmission noise is horrible or the view out of the car is too limited because of a strange a pillar or massive bonnet. I still gave it a thumbs up! cheers mate

Great overview and agree on your choices! However, I would advise to wait until the new announced Le Mans pack will be released, because I think it willl bundle the Le Mans track with all the GTE cars in one pack.

The Steam sale is right around the corner. My best guess for what will DEFINITELY be on sale: Endurance/GT3/Challenger packs, Reiza pack, 1 or more Formula E packs (most likely including Monaco and Hong Kong), KartSim pack, Sebring, and Le Mans. What MIGHT be on sale: Two Strong pack, Nurburgring, Circuit d'Azur. What will PROBABLY NOT be on sale: the new Radical, 488 GTE, New York/Berlin e-prix. If I remember right, individual cars that are not part of a pack don't usually go on sale. I could be wrong about that though. I may have missed something, but this is a good bet IMO.

Hello, have you tried RSS mods on Rfactor 2? They released new Ferrari 488. Dpi is very good besides they will release f1 soon. I can't wait.

Can you expand on why you think GT3s are better in rFactor2 than ACC ? Have you made a video talking about that ?

I'll be honest, I really haven't had much interest in RF2, but this video definitely has me interested. I mostly stick to ACC, but I always hear nothing but good things about the driving feel in RF2.

Really wish rf2 had ovals and nascar and street stock like iracing. I would surely invest in rf2.

Frankly you should be buying them all as you were supporting what is probably in my opinion the best SIM physics out there and all the DLC content is above par.You’re not gonna get the ACC I candy per se but the immersiveness Yes far beyond. The moding Community when found absolutely stellar especially ASR

McLaren Senna is the new hypercar class for Le Mans. You will get a class, knowing studio 397 probably car by car. When they started with only selling car by car and track by track, instead of selling a competition package or something, I stopped buying.

RF2 is not perfect, and I have a wishlist that would make it nearly perfect, but which Sim is perfect?... The content you showed, especially the latest, has the best drivingfeel around period. Driving the F488 GTE on one of the 3 laserscanned masterpieces is a absolute joy!!! Look what it has accomplished!, Enjoy the WEC 24H of leMans coming weekend. (you forgot to mention this, and it's Huge of course)

UGH...I'm really annoyed with the way they've done the sale. If you're starting fresh, it's probably great, but if you only need a few random items, basically nothing is on sale.

This game is by and far the greatest sim as far as realism, I love it. BUT why are there certain cars that completely drive incorrectly. The AMG GT3 for example. I have tried every FFB setting and physcial set up and no matter what, whenever I turn the wheel at speed the front tires break lose and you get this really weird feeling almost like FFB is reversed. But this only occurs on certain cars. I tried going to json file and changing positive to negative for FFB effects but all that did was ruin the FFB on all of the cars. I have also tried playing with degrees of rotation but didnt seem to help. Somehow for certain cars, I am getting some type of assisted steering assist even though I have it turned off or reversed FFB for particular cars. I have googled and searched the forums but have not found anything that works. Curious if the youtube world has seen this and found a solution. Thanks!

Is there a package which includes both cars+tracks bundle? How does cars to track mapping are? Any car can be driven on any track? Or Endurance cars like LMP2, LMP3 can be driven only on endurance tracks

The formula e car sound is really annoying IMO.

I was playing rfactor today for my 3rd time since buying it few days ago, I was driving the M4 Class 1 DTM, and whenever im braking hard and downshifting, there's a point like @5:08 where the revs drop so low its like the car died momentarily before picking back up and becoming so unstable it wants to spin or sometimes that happens and then the rear comes out so violently and basically spin under deceleration, any clue why this happens?
