1:42 Sonic Heroes never states Shadow was a clone. It only hinted to the idea that he might be.

Free Riders, easily. At least you can get some mileage from the other two, instead of having to fight against the controls and end off in a sweat.

Secret rings is probably my least fav. Hearing Seven rings in hand every time you open the game and go thro8gh the menu and anytime you would beat a lvl would drive me insane 😭

Forces has amazing music and good graphics and modern sonic and the avatar stages were good and some of them were even great but classic sonic is mediocre at best i feel like if the game was longer with good controls it would have been compared to generations and unleashed

My least favorite Sonic game is Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. I love RPG’s and I love Sonic, I had never played a Mass Effect game before, but I knew people liked those games so when I learned it was developed by BioWare I thought “this game is in good hands. It’s like when Square made Mario RPG.” Sonic Chronicles is the game that taught me Sonic games could be bad. As a kid I thought to myself “Something is wrong. The box says ‘Sonic’ on the cover but I am not having fun.” I beat it once. Then beat it again to see if my opinion would change, then I traded it in to GameStop. Sonic Chronicles also commits a cardinal sin of being a bad Sonic game with a bad soundtrack. Even Sonic ‘06 despite its flaws has a soundtrack that I love listening to often. Sonic Chronicles sucks. Don’t ever play it.

So me and an old friend of mine had this fight that i still think about to this day. It was over what game is better, Sonic Heroes Vs Shadow the Hedgehog. I was fighting for Shadow, beleive it or not, while I don't hate Heroes, i still beleive Shadow's level design, weapon system, and music were on another level. Looking back, the writing in Shadow was terrible, i get that, but looking past it. Thats a good ass game. Although i blame it for Shadow's current personality. Which i cannot stahd. Fuck he was written better in Shadow than Forces, Boom, IDW, Tailstube, etc.

IDW Shadow is certainly not his best (Weirdly enough, Sonic Prime probably gave us the best Shadow since 06 imo) but it got better after the Metal Virus arc. Probably because the writers got more of a free hand on writing Shadow after the backlash

@@BlueDragonKnight77 Agree, Shadow was awesome in Prime. Prime had Shadow antagonistic because instead SONIC was being uncharteristically moronic. Win some you lose some. Good time though

06(pretentiously desperate with taking sonic seriously outside shadow's moments that showed the series needed to ditch it),shadow(wrecked shadow for a while when it all could've been avoided just having eggman tell shadow he's real before being chased by the chaotix in heroes),rol(showed how bleak the series became from the 2nd dark age lost world started being a mess not knowing what to do with itself) & forces(culmination of the wrong way to take sonic seriously with a lame villain,forgetting characters/ruining others,eggman being pathetic for having took over the world/not doing anything with it and classic being forced in when he wasn't needed/making the phantom ruby a convoluted mess alongside lying advertising). secret rings was just bland(other than badly handling mission structure) and with free riders outside it's style the riders games weren't that great other than the 1st one being the best thing of the 15th anniversary which is more sad on 06's part/just being a statistic of how bad the kinect was.
