Ever since the reveal, I instantly chose Quaxly. I've been choosing water-type starters because they are cute, but for Quaxly, it's because I instantly knew I wanted to nickname him Donald Duck. I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees Donald in him.

Sprigatito would be a great choice for me. And I doubt they would go for the same final starter evo after the previous cat starter. A grass type saber tooth tiger would be awesome.

I admit that i was instantly drawn to Sprigatito by the weedcat jokes, but Fuecoco's derpiness has grown on me, so now i have to get the pepper croc that looks like an apple.

I really don’t care what Sprigatito becomes if it becomes bipedal or quadrupedal. But I’m now on team Fuecoco. The cute little derpy croc has grown on me so much, and I am real excited for his evolution and what he will be like.

The first time I saw quaxly I immediately chose him as my starter, the fact that he looks like a baby version of Donald, and how he has this confident attitude with his pose just made him stand out for me.

When I get the game, my choice would be Quaxly, since I'm a really big fan of water type Pokémon. Totodile and Mantine being top favorites of mine. But, I like Sprigatito's cute design and will be catching one when I get a chance. Glad I'm not the only one that thought Quaxly resembles Donald Duck and 2:38 was really funny where the trainer walks out with Pikachu.

At first I was going with Sprigatito, but Fuecoco has really grown on me as my derp friend.

I do like Sprigatito's design and I'm hoping in October or November that we'll get to see it's evolution form design as I'm expecting that it will be very impressive like Fenniken's/ Popplio evolution form.

I usually pick my stater based on how good their final evolutions are, so until we get some news about that later on this year, I'll wait on my decision for my starter Pokemon, 10/10 on the video, also I'm kinda leaning towards Sprigatito though tbh

I think I’m gonna be picking between Fueococo and Quaxly. I love both of their designs but I’m gonna have to see what their evolutions look like for me to fully decide. Hopefully their a lot better then the last gens starters evolutions

This was pretty funny. Personally, I'm taking Sprigatito. I honestly don't care about the biped/quadraped war going on involving it. I just hope it keeps its feminine appearance throughout its entire line. We have too many masculine-looking Starters as it is.

Everyone acting like we'll get Weed Incineroar JUST because they're a cat. Bruh. Sprigatito is a Grass Type. You don't got to worry about that. In FACT, IF Sprigatito DOES become bipedal, that'll actually be the FIRST time that a quadrepedal grass type evolved INTO a bipedal form.

Well, you were _half_ right about Sprigatito. At least the switch to bipedal stance happened in midform (a la Braixen) and not final form (Incineroar), THAT's what some of us hated about Alola's fiery kitten.

I'm absolutely choosing Quaxly. Plus if we base our assumptions of their evolutions off of their personality bios, Quaxly is neat and tidy, meaning they'll probably evolve into some sort of maid with feather duster arms or just wielding feather dusters as weapons. Which sounds cool and maids are funny and stuff. And Donald Duck is great sooo

I've typically been more preferential to the Fire starters, and crocodiles we're my all-time favorite animal as a child, so when I learned one of the Gen 9 starters was a fire crocodile, I had the exact same reaction Pippin did when he learned The Pracning Pony sold mead in pints.

I just realised, everyone was wanting quadrapedal starters but both Fuecoco and it's middle stage are bipedal, but it's the only one of the 3 that ended up quadrapedal (though obviously quaxly would stay standing because it's a bird, just like rowlet and torchic)

I can't wait to see what they evolve into. That will determine everything.

I would have picked Fuecoco, due to the fact that I love dinosaurs, and plus, I can already imagine how cool it’s evolutions could be! Like a serpentine-like dinosaur, a rampaging king of the molten lands, the list goes on and on! And plus, Fuecoco is 100% one of, if not THE cutest fire type starter, and quite possibly the cutest starter too!

I'm choosing Sprigatito both because I'm more of a cat person (not that I don't like dogs, I just prefer cats) and because I'm a bit of a grass-type stan even though my favorite color is blue (my favorite pokemon is Torterra, which is still the only "earth-type" four generations later).

The green grass type cat pokemon was a perfect fit for the rival of the MC in the game
