Time frames is a very misunderstood topic and something I feel traders put way too much emphasis on finding the secret sauce if you will.
In this episode, I share with you my view on time frames, which ones to avoid and all of the time frames I personally use.
If your mind can move away from time frames and focus more on which areas give you value, you will already gain an advantage over the average trader.
