➡️Hearing about whitening products comes with lot of questions, specially about the abrasivity of the product. That’s because whitening products contain abrasive ingredients.
➡️When toothpaste comes to the market, the company has to disclose how abrasive the toothpaste is. The abrasiveness is measured by RDA value (Relative Dentin Abrasivity)
➡️In RDA terms, anything
👉🏻under 70- low abrasivity
👉🏻70-150 - medium abrasivity
👉🏻Above 200- high abrasivity

I'm using sensodyne pronamel for 6 months and it is working well. Colgate optic white is good too.

mam, don't u think baking soda is somewhat dangerous for our teeth?? i mean low percentages of it can make our teeth white but using it daily which is in our toothpaste can cause minor damages eventually

No edible baking soda has a bleaching agent so it helps remove plaq from teeth

You might want to try a paste that contains NO fluoride not to worsened the condition....checkout the content of your paste for that

Well My dentist said you don't need Toothpaste always , because everything nowadays is high in flouride and thats not always good... Also, Never to use Senosdyn Everyday-night because it has the highest flouride content also in India we have Patanjali , and that man literally is acting like a Businessman....I have no trust in anybody lol Everyone is just about snatching the money and nothing else, The Ethical standards are so low , what a shame!

I’ve tried all but personally I think sensodyne is the best, because it is great for sensitive teeth and it has results almost after the 1st brush.
