Depends if the US versions exhaust is different from the german one. Normally the german laws for the exhaust systems are much stricter then in the US. Ive seen this in alot of side by side tests where foreign testers will have an issue with lots of german cars that dont sound as good or too tame in comparison.

is the boot space still really big? i have a 2015 A5 S-Line and the space in the car is awesome as well as the performance. would be a perfect car if it weren't so fucking unreliable

@@Kai88988 Me, my brother, and cousin took a short road trip from central Ohio to buffalo NY and all of us are at least 6 feet tall. I was amaze how much space ( even though still pretty cramp) was available for the backseats. This was also the sports back not the coupe so that helped. My father has an 2014 A7 and those sloping roofs have always been a problem for backseat passengers, but Audi has figured that issue out in the newer models, rear head room was not an issue.

@@williebailey91 that's good to hear. and yep i also have the sportback, the boot space is fucking incredible for a sports car. can easily put the seats down and fit a decent sized memory foam mattress and sleep in it comfortably. i even had enough room to sit up and everything. i'd love to get one like yours one day, but on the other hand ive owned both the A4 and A5 and they've both cost me a fortune in repairs. and they were my first 2 cars as well so i've lost a lot of trust in audi

Nice... congrats.... with the tune... can you race an RS, AMG C63 or M car? I can't afford the full blown race top dog cars so I want an S5 and I want to tune it. I know the driving dynamics will never match the hard core cars but at least the S5 will be more comfortable.

⁠@@tunanocrust5089that’s only an issue the bhf 4.2 in the B7/B6 S4 4.2, with the chains. Plastic tensioner on the bhf gives out can be as soon as 80k or as late as 140k. Engine out job because the chains are on the back of the engine

timeless design best looking cars in my oppinion even a 2009 audi looks like it could've been a 2015 model

While I love the look of the new ones, I think they're a liiiittle overdesigned. However, the now decade-old models still look basically brand new IMO (because the designs were simpler)

On my third Audi...not a Audifista, but getting close apparently. Anyway, MB makes nice interiors, but I can't abide BMW’s. All 3 are nice cars (and can be go-fasters), but I'll stick with my 21 RS5 and... that Buick with electrical tape.

@@Michael-zn2jc No, since they aren’t in the same class and nowhere near the same power. M5 Comp is 617hp. You would have to bump up to the RS6 for that comparison. Unfortunately, we don’t get the RS6 sedan here in the US. But same class size and also V8TT.

Alcantara not suede, has been used in racing vehicles for steering wheel & even shifters at times b/c it doesn’t get hot, still has grip when your hands get sweaty vs smooth leather

@@MS-mr4zm Ya but it shows wear extremely quickly and it looks horrible when it does.I just got the new RS3 and went out of my way to make sure I didn't get the alcantara wheel. Unfortunately Audi doesn't offer flat bottomed leather wrapped wheels in the RS models anymore though. You can only get them in alcantara.
