@@Borsh9028the reaver karimbit is something everyone has , I have it in 2 accounts , I don't really find it sepcial. The Ruby on the other hand , oof , I have only ever seen it in skin servers but it's so so so fking beautiful and it feels so good with the inspect animation also the fact that 99.999% of the player base will ever have it adds it to the charm. The same feeling I get from a valorant skin would be the ruin dagger or velocity karimbit , the reaver is just too generic and common.

Reaver karambit will cost much more than dragon lore if valve add it to cs2(with sfx, vfx, inspect animations). Cuz cs skins are just recolored weapons, like prism collection in valorant

@@Borsh9028 I think sfx VFX is fair but inspect is csgo's trope. The inspect and hidden animations in CS are better. But I wasn't comparing sfx but rather why cs skins are given such respect even after not having the sfx and VFX that valorant has.

And every cs player will say, "valorant skins are suck." So every fanbase will choose their game as "better."

There are like 10 different types of knives each with different skins some being mid or bad but a good enough amount to be top tier. The reason for it is because it's realistic to have something look like that in the real world. Not saying our soldiers decal their weapons to this extent but stickers and carvings and paint is normal. All of the knives have their own flair even the cheapest gut knife or navaja have unique draws or something that isn't just smite knife or nebula knife.
