🧁 To decorate our vanilla cupcakes, we decided to make Whipped Cream Frosting with pastel colors. The recipe is very simple with the following ingredients:
🎀 1 cup of whipped Cream
🎀 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
🎀 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
To stabilize the whipped cream, we use 1 tsp unflavored gelatin mixed with 4 tsp water.
Some tips for making whipped cream frosting:
👩‍🍳 Chill the cream, the bowl and the beaters at least 15 minutes before whipping.
👩‍🍳 The gelatin added to the cream should be liquid and runny and cool. If it solidifies, heat again and let it cool down completely before adding to the whipped cream.
