Hey try putting aerosol cans in the vacuum chamber. Maybe some stuff like spray paint, spray deoderant, fabreeze, and some of the aerosol computer duster stuff.

The steak and salmon could have been done raw and if this were a thing I'd expect the fanciest of restaurants doing it and they would most likely serve the beef and fish foam raw since they would be able to get both fresh and absolutely know it hasn't been tainted

I love this! I had a swallowing disorder and I could only have puréed foods. I used to purée my steak with beef broth (after the steak was cooked) and puréed my chicken with chicken broth (again after the chicken was cooked) and while the textures were odd, both the steak and chicken tasted great!

That sounds soo hard to have to deal with!! I work with older people so we have to sometimes do that with there food and it just looks really gross!! But I hope you better or are doing better!!

I know the feeling! I have had to me on mechanical soft diets due to stomach issues before, and the food looked horrid! I only ended up eating the turkey with mashed potatoes and stuffing because it was the only one I could stand to look at.

@@ARMY_for_10_years really? Because to me that sounds like a puréed diet (meaning the food looks gross). What I've been told is that mechanical soft are foods that are easy to chew and swallow like pasta, certain meats if it's tender enough and cut up into small bites. Maybe it's different where u are 🤷🏻♂️

Try taking a whole meal, blend it all together (including the drink and dessert), freeze drying it and then eat it.

You guys should try to make breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert without using any traditional cooking devices. No microwave, stove top, oven, etc. You can only use things like the washing machine, the dishwasher, etc. I think it would be a fun challenge!

Too thoughts come to mind, 1) what happens if you cook the food first, is would then still be foamy when you eat it. 2) having added water to get the blend done why not put it in the freeze drier before turning it into foam?
