Thank you for posting this video. Tired of not being able to wash clothes. Your solution is a hell of a lot easier than all the rest!! You rock !

Thank you for posting. Really appreciate it. What a pain to not be able to wash because the top doesn't lock! It's totally unneccessary, especially if you don't have kids.

I used a piece of duct tape across the slot in the front of the lock and it worked the same way.

Thank you so much !You just made my night!My week ,my month!Duck Tape saved the day! My late husband said Duck Tape fixes every thing and it sure fixed my problem!!Thank you!

Awesome!!! Magnetic override of the flunky switch. Made my day. And by the way I lowes and depot do not have magnets (Ohio) could only get them at ACE.

Your welcome, it has a second switch so it will still turn off if the lid is opened during operation but should work fine otherwise
