Master Tech: Master Technician: COMMUNICATION ERROR UI TO CCU You will need to remove the washers top ( two scres from the rear of the unit) so you can check the wiring from the main control CCU to the front console UI interface.

JustAnswer Customer: i can also easily remove that front UI panel if necessary .
JustAnswer Customer: i have the power unplugged and have removed and reconnected the UI connection to CCU .
JustAnswer Customer: still no joy
Master Tech: Master Technician: Ok if all the connections are good the manufacture recommends to replace the user interface.

JustAnswer Customer: Hi Woody, I replaced the CCU.
JustAnswer Customer: I now am getting a new error code.
JustAnswer Customer: F06 E01.
JustAnswer Customer: Please advise.
Master Tech: Master Technician: Ok The F06-E01 error is Communication between the Central Control Unit and the MCU has not been detected.
Master Tech: Master Technician: Are you sure you have all the connection on the CCU locked in place correctly.
JustAnswer Customer: I just plugged them in again.
JustAnswer Customer: You cant really plug those connections to the wrong place.
JustAnswer Customer: I left it unplugged for about 5 minutes.
JustAnswer Customer: Now when i press and hold start, i get the low tone followed by 2 quick high tones.
JustAnswer Customer: The door is closed.
JustAnswer Customer: So i dont know what its thinking
JustAnswer Customer: i pulled the power again.
JustAnswer Customer: plugged power back in.
JustAnswer Customer: pressed power button.
JustAnswer Customer: selected a wash cycle .
JustAnswer Customer: quick wash i think.
JustAnswer Customer: was able to press start .
JustAnswer Customer: door locked (orange) is on .
JustAnswer Customer: now just waiting.
JustAnswer Customer: this is what happened before .
JustAnswer Customer: it will probably throw the F06 E01 code here shortly.

Master Tech: Master Technician: You may have a loose connection of even a faulty wire going to the CCU for communication faults to keep coming up.

JustAnswer Customer: Replaced UI.

JustAnswer Customer: Put back old UI component and it went back to F6E2.
JustAnswer Customer: Put the new UI back in place .
JustAnswer Customer: Still have the F6E1.
JustAnswer Customer: So .
JustAnswer Customer: I replaced the MCU today.
JustAnswer Customer: And voila .
JustAnswer Customer: the washer works.
JustAnswer Customer: I find it hard to believe that three components went bad at the same time.
JustAnswer Customer: Only thing that makes any sense is that there may have been a power surge type event which caused this.
JustAnswer Customer: You may have a better idea of what could have happened because of your years of experience.
