This noise problem started after 1 month of purchasing the machine.When I raised my first complaint, the technician visited and said that it was an alignment issue.By doing something from the back side, our problem got resolved.But now the noise has started increasing and the cooling is not also the same.Then I raised my second complaint to visit the technician and told him that the caplery is choked and the machine has to be repaired. first technician visit gave a wrong report so again after 4-5 months I faced the same problem.That's why I don't agree to get the machine repaired. Please replace the machine.If the first technician did not give me a wrong report then I would not wait for the same problem to occur and replace the machine at the same time.I am not ready to get any kind of additional work done on my machine. Please replace my machine. I will not get the machine repaired. Please replace my machine.I am mentally harassed and do not want the machine repaired. Please replace my machine as soon as possible.

Humble request, do not opt for Whirlpool!! It's the worst. Constant issue of extra ice build up in freezer section and the Body section not doing enough cooling. Even milk get's spoiled overnight. Have reached out to customer support team multiple times but they make you work instead of sending a technician. They will tell you to do all these diagnostics and put you to work, and in the end, the result is the fridge would work fine for a month and then get messed up again! I have experience with Samsung fridge before and they were all very good with no issues, but Whirlpool is a big avoid !

Experiencing Very poor service for whirlpool intellifresh India. Whatsapp care will raise or track ticket. But for service followup very poor service . Had to replace fan motor after waiting for 8 days and it still doesn’t work. Tech involved doesnt respond and i endedup raising another ticket. Waiting for next tech to check. And customer care staff if you talk in person are of poor quality who do not know appropriate communication skills so your request may get dicumented wrongly. Never take extended warranty. Consider service by alternate sources without wasting money and time.

Do not, I warn do not buy their products. They even don't have a good compressor developed. This company's complaint number have touched records. I know around people facing major issues with their products and Services. Now retail outlets have started warning about their products while selling. Please bewares
