4time out trying to repair a freeze. Each time they fail. They’ve been absolutely useless. Always 1 week to come out and always on a Monday. Unfortunately I have to use them as it’s part of the insurance plan.

SInce Xmas we have only had 2-3 weeks of our fridge freezer working! Customer service has been appalling/missing. Numerous visits, call-outs, engineers arriving without parts, no communication whatsoever. Awaiting yet another visit this Friday coming - watch this space. I'd like to know how can make a formal complaint please!!

28 October I rang re washing machine problem, appointment on 4 November. Parts needed, parts not available. Still waiting on 18 November. when I received a weird email about the visit on 4 November. This is not an acceptable service.

Cancelled appointment at the last minute after waiting for them to come. Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

The worst ever service from a company. A 4 month old washing machine breaks down and I am expected to diagnose the fault. A week and a half before an engineer is due to arrive , £50 so far spent at the local launderette and another £20 odd quid spent on a care pavk that hasn't arrived. The only thing stopping me really going to town is the fact that I am not currently living in a war zone and this is not the end of the world. However a very poor show from a British company which is about as popular as Vladimir Putin in our house at the moment.

So far very difficult to actually get an engineer to come as they keep giving me alternative sooner dates that are not convenient but I have stuck to the original date they gave me, which should be tomorrow. However, again, they say they are unable to come on that date and that they have sent me a link to change the time and date.! No such link has come! Appalling customer service which I paid in advance. Shall cancel all payments if able to.

Whirlpools award winning customer service? 😂 three failed visits. Can’t get through on the phone , went through live chat. They say I need to speak to someone on the phone

I paid £180 in advance for an engineer to come out, look at his tablet and tell that the required part was obsolete and there was nothing he could do. He didn't actually inspect the faulty oven. This was after informing the booking service of the fault, and model/serial number of the appliance. Surely this information should have been followed up on before the engineer had a wasted trip and I wasted a £60 call out charge? The service is indistinguishable from a scam. Pay an arbitrary amount up front. Get the hard sell for some oven cleaner before the end of the first call. And instead of automatically refunding the balance of the upfront payment they offer to knock it off the balance of a replacement appliance. Which also comes with very unreasonable fees to install and remove the faulty appliance. Would not recommend Hotpoint/Indesit/Whirlpool appliances.

Awful service. My elderly mum doesn’t have a car parking permit and she told the engineer and he refused to do the job. Your service is awful! You should feel ashamed of yourself!!!

Absolutely rubbish - cancelled engineer appointment twice last minutes have charged me for cover and no engineer to be seen and I’ve been waiting a month. Absolutely rubbish and disappointing.

Phone for a repair, Get bombarded with sales for extra Insurance for the first 10 minutes EVERYTIME you call!. Bought top of the range 🤣 H8 washer and dryer, most expensive ive ever bought it my life. Both a load of rubbish!!. NEVER AGAIN!!

Chat ,a bot could not answer question, telephone number long pressing numbers ending in nothing as they are "too busy" ? 3 hour time slot for repair and no one to call narrowing this down. I am working 10 minutes away would like call from repair guy as he leaves previous job. They also want you to pay for there parking and sort out Centric Approach NO you are NOT.
